1. DIRECT PLEDGE TO BRAE BURN
Brae Burn Country Club (the “Club”) is recognized as an Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(7) organization. Therefore any donations to the Club, including the pledged donation noted, are not considered tax deductible contributions to the donor.

I will send a check to Brae Burn Country Club for the amount of my pledge donation.

I agree to have my Brae Burn Country Club account debited the amount of my pledge donation (member only).

2. MASS GOLF PLEDGE: FOR THE BENEFIT OF BRAE BURN
MassGolf is a public charity under 501(c)(3) designation (Tax ID Number: 04-2487562). Please consult with your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your donation.
